Durante años hemos sido víctimas físicas y psicológicas de la violencia en este país. Estamos cansados de ver todos los días las noticias donde percibimos cómo la inseguridad se ha ido incrementando, masacrando y perturbando a la población, así como entre nosotros, hemos atacado a nuestro prójimo. En los seis últimos años, México se ha visto envuelto en una gran nube de violencia y terror. Diferentes argumentos sobre las posibles razones que han desencadenado tanto horror son puestos en debate a diario.No hemos encontrado soluciones o, tal vez, no se ha logrado llegar a un acuerdo bilateral entre sociedad y gobierno. En una democracia verdadera, no importaría el partido al que se perteneciera, ya que la prioridad serían los intereses de la sociedad, su rescate y su atención. ¡Ya basta! Le gritamos al gobierno, y otro ¡Ya basta! a nuestra indiferencia y a nuestra ignorancia. Gobernantes van y vienen y, desde que tenemos memoria, nuestros mayores siempre se expresaron con miedo y conformismo al referirse a quienes estaban en el poder. El pueblo mexicano por más que exprese el tan frecuentado “¡Ya basta!” parecería estar ciegamente acostumbrado a que, venga quien venga, aproveche el poder de su mandato para el beneficio personal, llene sus cuentas bancarias y se retire sin ser castigado. En tiempos de elecciones, sin embargo, las masas siguen buscando, con esperanza todavía, encontrar “el bueno”, “el del cambio” en cada sexenio. Y sabemos que el país debe ser puesto en manos de su gente de a pie, no de sus elites depredadoras. ¡Qué ingenuos somos todos! Si nos ponemos a pensar bien, sólo nos han llevado al caos y a la barbarie, sólo vemos crisis por todas partes. No hay que olvidar que muchos de ellos siguen ascendiendo políticamente y lo único que cambia es la cantidad de billetes acumulados ilícitamente. ¡Ya basta! Le gritamos al gobierno, y otro ¡Ya basta! a nuestra indiferencia y a nuestra ignorancia. Desde siempre los problemas más graves han sido la falta de énfasis a la prevención, de profesionalización de las policías y de los agentes encargados de procurar e impartir justicia; así como una elevada impunidad que llega al 98.3%. El fin es obtener un mejor nivel de vida y calidad para la mayoría. ¿Por qué no intentarlo? Esto es la realidad en nuestro país. No queremos un México Rojo.
